Our products
We produce Kapaline Economy 5mm foam board, the ideal solution for high-impact visual displays. Perfect for photography, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and professional advertising across indoor and outdoor environments.
1. File Format & Setup
For Print Only: Accepted formats include JPEG, TIFF, PDF, EPS and AI.
File Organisation: Set up your artwork in clearly separated layers:
- Artwork / Design
- Bleed
2. Bleed & Safety Margins
Bleed: Extend any background colours, images, or elements that reach the edge by at least 1mm beyond the cut line. This helps prevent unwanted white edges after trimming.
Safe Area: Keep all important elements (text, logos, key visuals) at least 3–5mm away from the cut line to avoid accidental trimming.
3. Colour Settings
Ensure your file is set to CMYK colour mode, as this is the standard for printing.
4. Fonts & Text
Convert all text into outlines (curves) to avoid font compatibility issues and ensure consistency in print.
5. Image Resolution
Use high-resolution images for best results:
- Minimum 200 DPI for sizes from A5 to A0
- Minimum 72 DPI for sizes larger than A0
- File size smaller than 50MB
